Optide SRL — Registered office: Via Gioacchino Rossini 155/E, 87036 Rende (CS), Italy — Operational site: Ponte Pietro Bucci 45C, 87036 Arcavacata di Rende (CS) — VAT/Tax code IT03833310786 — Email: company@optide.it
2. Data processed and purposes
a) Browsing data
During normal operation, the website systems acquire technical data (IP address, browser type, access times) required to deliver the service and ensure security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Retention: technical log retention times of the hosting provider.
b) Contact and technical request forms
We process name, email and message content exclusively to reply to the request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Retention: as long as needed to handle the request, in any case no longer than 24 months.
c) Job applications ("Careers")
We process the identification and contact data provided in the form and the data contained in the attached CV (PDF) exclusively for recruitment purposes. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); please do not include special categories of data in your CV. Retention: 12 months from receipt, unless an employment relationship is established or a new application is submitted; CVs are deleted afterwards. The CV is transmitted by email to the company mailbox and is neither published nor disseminated.
3. Processing methods and recipients
Data are processed electronically by authorised Optide SRL personnel. Data may be accessed, as processors or independent controllers, by the website's technical suppliers: the hosting provider (VHosting Solution) and the domain email provider (Aruba S.p.A.), both with servers in the European Union. Data are not disseminated, profiled or subject to automated decision-making.
4. Third-party services
The website uses fonts and libraries loaded from external CDNs (Google Fonts, cdnjs/jsDelivr): loading them transmits your IP address to those providers. The Google Maps embed in the contact section is not loaded automatically: it is only activated upon your explicit action, after which Google's policies apply.
5. Transfers outside the EU
We do not carry out systematic transfers of data to third countries. Voluntarily activating Google services may involve processing under the conditions and safeguards (standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework) declared by Google.
6. Data subject rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to company@optide.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
7. Changes
This notice may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with its last-update date.
